Publishing points will be established as necessary.
Smartcom:tv will administer the agreement on behalf of Norges Bank.
How to apply for a publishing point:
- Contact Smartcom:tv by email
to request a contract for the use of a publishing point.
- You will receive an email with the content of the contract. Confirm receipt of this email.
- Once your confirmation has been received by Norges Bank, a second email will be sent to you informing you of your assigned publishing point.

In short, the contract states:
- that a dedicated publishing point will be established for the redistribution of Norges Bank webcasts through the company’s own channels
- that the company must bear the cost of redistribution via its own servers to its users
- that Norges Bank is the copyright holder and that guidelines have been laid down governing the use of Norges Bank webcasts
- that user statistics shall be reported (number of users).
